With the removable motherboard tray I was able to install the motherboard in a matter of minutes even with the massive CNPS 10X heatsink mounted to the motherboard. The case may look slightly cluttered, but that is because rather than using a modular power supply I opted for a wired unit that happened to be the size I was looking for to keep the case nice and light.
AS you can see the case is not that much of a mess that you would have a great deal of trouble adding or removing parts from the system. Overall I have to give the NZXT Panzerbox two thumbs up for its great design and light weight. Some may cry that the case lacks a great deal of room for hard drives, if you need a case that holds more than four hard drives and three optical drives you might want to look at a full-tower case instead.
Pros:
Light weight
Removable MB Tray
Excellent Ventilation
Quiet for the number of fans in the unit
Cons:
Large size fan may be hard to replace
use chrome thumbscrews on side-panels
I never real knew what to expect from the Panzerbox when I received it, I knew the case was amazingly light and it was not till I got it out of the box that I realized just how good this little black case was. I have often said that it makes no difference to me whether or not a case has a motherboard tray that is removable or not, but I know there a large number of you that this is a large sticking point for you.
One other strong point is the fact that I can not remember a case of this size that had a many massive size fans installed in it. This fact alone make the case a keeper. If you can see one in public I think you will feel the same way we do about this case. Check it out and perhaps one of these bad boys is in your future.
