Remember the good old days when buying a computer case was as simple as saying "That one looks good - I'll take it!" But now we are faced with processor that churn out temperatures that approach the those of kilns so we now need a case that not only looks good but one that is well ventilated. Whether you like to admit it our not the number of really good case that fit into this group is really quite small, there are a huge number that are somewhere in "close but no cigar" category of cases.  Those are the ones that look really nice but only offer mediocre ventilation.

The case we're looking at today is the Spiral Galaxies from AeroCool, this case as you will see as you read the review has a number of features that are found most cases. AeroCool has raised the bar in two areas on this case, the first being overall case ventilation. We will cover that in more detail later. The second item is EMI emission protection, this is something that is not talked about that much but for a certain few of us it is very important, like the ventilation we will discuss it further later on.
