We have talked in the past about how the power supply is the
life support for your computer, and when it fails so does
everything connected will to. That is why it is important
to purchase a power supply that will not only meet your needs
but also exceeds you needs since we all know no one is ever
happy with what with have for very long before we get the urge
upgrade something.
One other thing that I have noticed as I was getting ready to
write this review is that not every is ready for a power supply
that has dual 12 volt rails and a 24-pin power connector.
I'm mean my old DFI NFII Ultra B doesn't need either of those
two items and I have no immediate plans to replace that system
in the near future since it runs perfectly fine overclocked all
day and night long. So if I have a system that is still
using a normal (using that term if you will) power supply I am
sure there are a number of others that are as well.
So that brings me to the power supply we are looking at today,
the official name of it is the Aerocool AeroPower II+SE. I
realize that that is quite a mouthful so during the review we
will be referring to it as the II+SE to make it easier on you
and especially on me. So lets get started!
