With the Nine Hundred laying on its side you can get a better view of the 200mm fan located at the top of the case.  The small white square box you see is the fan speed controller that we mentioned earlier.

If two fans in the removable modules is not enough, then add in the 200mm at the top of the case, the 120mm at the rear of the case and the 120mm used for cooling the video cards at the size of the case, we still have room for an additional fan on the end of one of the modules that will hold a 120mm fan that will help cool whatever drives you happen to install in the module.

Here you can see both modules pulled out of the case, to install a hard drive you must slide the drive into the rear of the module and then take the mounting screws and carefully align with the openings on the side of module and then screw them in.  Then it is a simple matter of sliding the modules back into the computer and locking them in place with the thumb-screws.

Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 6400 ES
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-965P-DQ6
Memory: Mushkin PC2-6400
Hard Drive: Western Digital 2500
Video Card: HIS Tech 850XT Platinum
DVD/RW: NEC ND-3540A
Power Supply: Sunbeamtech Nuuo 550

With the all of the fans in place except for the 120mm option fan located at the rear of the drive cage module we decided to test the case and see how much off a difference the various fan setting made when we overclocked the system 3.0 GHz.

With the few minor glitches that we mentioned earlier about the location and routing of the cabling on the case due in part to the placement of the power supply and our particular motherboard.  I would still have to say that the Antec Nine Hundred is a one of kind case that offers superior cooling performance with out generating a great deal of noise.

As far as overall construction goes the Antec Nine Hundred fits together very well and it an extremely solid built enclosure.  So to wrap it up lets take a look at the Pros and Cons of the unit and see how they balance out.

PROS CONS
Very well Built Very hard to route cables
Exceptional Cooling Potential of huge amounts of dust build-up
Holds large number of drives
Module mounting system
200mm top mounted fan

A special thanks to Antec who graciously provided us with this sample.
