As we
stated at the beginning of
the review we have reviewed
a large number of power
supplies over the course of
the last 3 years and I can
say without a doubt that the
heatsinks used in the
Silverstone Strider are
about as large and has about
as much surface area of any
heatsinks we have seen.
It's always good to see a
power supply that has a
great deal of heat sinks
inside of it, you then don't
have to worry about new
investment melting down
inside your case.
24-pin power
connector
4-pin ATX and
6-pin AUX
Four SATA
connectors
Eight Molex
connectors
Two PCI-E
connectors
The
Strider has more than enough
cables and connectors to
satisfy just about anyone's
needs. With four SATA
connectors and a total of
eight Molex connectors to
power hard drives, optical
drives and certain
motherboards you should not
out run of connectors with
which to hook up few
additional fans as well.
In case you haven't made the
upgrade to an SLI
motherboard just yet the
Strider will work just fine
with your 20-pin motherboard
so no need to worry about
missing out on this one.
